Kindergarten to 2nd Grade
Mastering the foundational concepts of math, reading, and writing is imperative to lifelong success. In the K-2 Class, we work to ensure that each student has the space and resources to build that foundation, using a variety of tactile, auditory, and visual mediums. Using individual and group activities, students gain an understanding of concepts that they then learn to use effectively. Curiosity is one of the largest resources in this age group and we create an environment where students ask questions and find answers. Through history, science, and art they find out more about the world around them and their part in it. Each educational experience exists under the umbrella of a Biblical worldview; we start the day with Bible class and seek to understand the world and ourselves through the lens of God’s creative expression and call on each of our lives.
